is Danielle Morris, I'm 34 and spent
the first part of this year on a
mission to lose 25 Lbs.

I was forced to give up with Hoodia,
the Atkins Diet and also Weight
Watchers... and how I lost an
astonishing 20 lbs in 31 Days with a
unique diet system called
'Fat
Loss 4 Idiots.'
I won't go into why because
my 'sob story' would take all day
and I also realize that your time is
precious. However, what I
do
hope is that you'll spend the next

because it'll almost certainly save
your health, your money as well as a
lot of time and heart ache.

Very Quickly, Here Are The Diets
That Didn't Work For Me...
The first one I tried was
Hoodia and even though a few of my
friends had success with it, and
although I
also
lost some weight to begin with,
after a few weeks, things
began to go downhill. One of the
major issues was that I was spending
so much
money on pills from their website
and it seemed like I was returning
every few days to purchase
even more.
I was told that I needed up
to 2500mg per day for it to have any
real effect and because I was
working my way through hundreds of
dollars whilst also trying to
support the kids, I stopped using
them after a month or so.
The second diet I tried was Atkins
because again I had heard that it
could be effective. However, after
only 2 weeks
of following the plan I began to
feel quite ill because of the high
levels of protein that I was
consuming. My digestive system has
never been the strongest anyway
(ever since I picked up some virus
in India as a teenager!) and the
food that I was eating really wasn't
doing me any favors so in the end I
had to stop this one as well.
I even
went as far as trying the Cabbage
Soup diet. No one enjoys a
cabbage soup diet. Some say it helps you lose
weight, but are you going to eat
this every day? Do you
realize how fast this becomes awful
and boring? And what about after
you've lost weight? You will just
end up going back to eating your
normal diet and put the weight back
on. Want to eat great meals and lose
weight at the same time? Well you
will be happy at what you find out
later on.....but first more of my
story.
I Moved On To Weight
Watchers...
Now with Weight Watchers,
things started well and I began to
attend the meetings (which were
great) and if I were going to be
perfectly honest, I did start to
lose some weight; although not quite
as fast as I had hoped (or was told
for that matter!).
The problem was that with
the kids commitments (school, clubs,
parties etc), I found it
increasingly difficult to get to the
meetings and even though I started
strong, I began to miss them which
was annoying because I still had to
pay.
The other thing was that
weighing yourself in front of others
wasn't my idea of fun and I didn't
think the 'counting points'
technique was that effective either
as you obviously wouldn't be able to
carry on doing this for the rest of
your life.
In fact, I believe that's
the major downside with Weight
Watchers because
they don't teach you how to eat in a
realistic way that after you have
finished with them you could
implement into your day to day
life... and in my opinion that's why
many people, even if they had
success to begin with, mostly go
back to their original weight.
And Here's How I Lost 20Lbs In 31
Days...
Whilst I was on the Weight
Watchers program, a friend of mine
told me about a new online diet
called
Fat Loss 4
Idiots that had helped
her lose quite a substantial amount
of weight in a remarkably short
space of time.
Personally, I had never heard of it
before and due to my recent
experiences, I was initially a
little skeptical.
However, after doing some research,
reading some complimentary reviews
and also learning that the cost was
minimal compared to most plans, I
decided to give it a shot.

The whole
idea with
this diet is
to make it
work with
your daily
routine by
manipulating
your
metabolism
into losing
weight
whilst
eating
more
that 3 meals
each day.
I was eating
more food
during the
day to fire
up my
metabolism.
But you have
to know the
RIGHT kinds
of foods to
eat and
when.
It revolves
around the
theory that
you must
keep feeding
your body
with the
correct food
types and
eat them at
the correct
times of day
to lose
weight.
Sure, it
sounds
ominous but
it does
actually
work.

It isn't a
fad diet and you
don't have to buy
pills or even
pre-packaged meals
either.
It won't surprise
you that the reason
why I would
recommend Fat
Loss 4 Idiots
to anyone is because
when I used it I
lost 20 Lbs in just
under a month and
although I haven't
lost weight quite
as fast as the 14lbs
every 15 days that
is claimed on the
website, I'm sure
you'll agree that is
pretty astonishing,
especially
when you consider I
didn't have to alter
my lifestyle in
anyway - even with
the kids.
The most important
part though is that
since losing the
weight I've actually
managed to keep it
off which is mighty
impressive and
highly unusual.
So The Question Is,
Should You Try A
Bigger Dieting Brand
Or
FatLoss4Idiots?
Well, in most cases,
there is nothing
wrong with Weight
Watchers or any of
the bigger dieting
products and some
people do have
success with them.
The problem is that
many of them are
both expensive and
some what
inconvenient.
In contrast,
FatLoss4Idiots is easy to
use, very
inexpensive compared
to everything else
and you
can buy all the
foods from your
local store.
They tell you what
to eat, you eat it -
and you lose weight!
To be honest, I
wouldn't be at all
surprised if you had
the same results as
me.
All it is, is eating
right, and changing
your lifestyle for a
happier and
healthier you.
In fact, if
I'd known about it a
few months back, I
would have lost my
excess weight
ages ago without
wasting my time and
money with
everything else.
